Jangan terlalu sombong kecuali....

JANGANLAH TERLALU SOMBONG KECUALI JENAZAH KITA BOLEH BERGOLEK SENDIRI MASUK DALAM KUBUR..

Al-Mughni

This name is very similar to Ar-Razzaq, the provider but is direct in Allah being the enricher or All things. Allah provides everything and every time these provision are enriched, this by Allah, Al-Mugni.
Allah is Al-Mugni, the one who  gives wealth, who provides all that is needed, whose wealth fulfills all needs, who enriches all of creation, who creates all appearances of independence or self-sufficiency, who bestows satisfaction and contentment and who bestows spiritual wealth. Allah is the only one who provides any and everything we get on this earth, if you are rich in monetary means, Allah has provided this for you. If you are rich spiritually, Allah has uplifted this for you. In whatever you have gained, Allah has given it to you.
This is something that we as Muslim must not lose sight of, inshallah. When we have a slight increase in our monies, or get into professional school, or have any increase in our life as a whole, we sometimes begin to think like the man in Surah Al-Kahf. We start to think that our success and gains are from us alone, that we have done it ourselves. But this is not the case, Allah has placed you where you are at today and has given you everything you have. It is easy to say that Allah has provided us with food, water and shelter but when it comes to gaining in success, our tongues hesitate a bit.
I went through four grueling years in college and now I am entering Medical School because of my hard work and dedication I have gotten there. But who is the one that provided you with the ability to get where you are at today? Who is the one that provided you with the opportunity to go to college?
I came to this country poor and now I am a successful businessman due to my hard work and perseverance. But who is the one that made this transition easy for you was it you yourself or the one that created you?
Allah is the one and only enricher and only if we can keep this in our mind can our hearts be softened with gratitude.
“Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing” 17:30
Menarik maksud nama-nama Allah nih. Lagi kenal Allah kalau kita banyak mengkaji nama-namaNya. So akhir kata...:)

Assalamualaikum everyone,

Alhamdulillah. I just submitted my last assignment for this semester. It feels great! You know when you have 3 assignments that you need to submit in a week, everything is chaotic. From your life to your environment where you work on your assignments.

This is when you feel very close to this particular surah

[Inshirah 94:1] Did We not widen your bosom?
[Inshirah 94:2] And relieve you of the burden -
[Inshirah 94:3] Which had broken your back?
[Inshirah 94:4] And We have exalted your remembrance for you (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him).
[Inshirah 94:5] So indeed with hardship is ease.
[Inshirah 94:6] Indeed with hardship is ease.
[Inshirah 94:7] So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication.
[Inshirah 94:8] And incline towards your Lord.

Alhamdulillah. Allah help us whenever we are in hardship.

However, Allah also promise us in another ayah.

“Allah will not change what is in any nation, until they all collectively make a change occur in what is in themselves.” (ar-Ra’ad 13:11)

I really hold onto this ayah as it has been graved in my heart since I was a little girl. Yes, Allah will help you. BUT, you need to help yourself first. If you think that by doing your assignment last minute because you do other thing, AND you also knew that you put little effort in it due to time constraints, AND you hope Allah will help you???

You've got to be kidding me!!!

Let me tell you something in case you haven't realise it. This is SO NOT Sunnatullah, my dear.
You need to put on effort in everything that you do.

You want Allah to love you, you've got to do what He wants you to do.
You want to eat, you've got to cook.
You want to live, you've got to breathe.
You want to excel in your study, you've got to study hard.

EVERYTHING needs YOUR effort!!

Know your roles and responsibilities.
This is examples of my roles
1) As a Muslim
2) As a daughter
3) As a sisters
4) As a friends
5) As a dai'e
6) As student

And this list is going to be increase as time goes by. Don't just try to fulfil one role and ignore the others. You will have occupational imbalance in your life.

For example, as a student, I strongly believe I need to strive to get First Class with Honours. and I really really really want it.
So, my effort in every uni work that I do should be of the work of a student who's going to get First Class with Honours.

Especially when I am a scholarship student! Everyone expect me to go home with flying colour result which is First Class with Honours.

It is underachievement if I just pass, it is sad if I get credit, and it not enough if I get distinction. I want High Distinction!

Not that I'm being ungrateful for getting mark that is not HD, but please this kind of muhasabah and self reflection is important to drive to success.

Of course Allah is the one who give me the mark, but what I'm trying to say is that, I should PUT MORE EFFORT in my study if I don;t get HD.

With the exam just around the corner, let us pray and put EXTRAVAGANZA EFFORT in our study. Be grateful by studying hard and get excellent result for we can study when our sisters and brothers in other place are being denied their right to study and their environment does not allowed them to study.

However, let us do compass setting on why we STUDY in the first place. We should study because of Allah and Islam in the first place then comes other reason.

Assalamualaikum.

Till I write again.

EXAM fever!...JANGAN sampai Iman pon demam..

Hari ni nk share sikit je...pasal EXAM FEVER...@ DEMAM EXAM
Pernah tak agak2nye kite ade rase macam ni-> Bila time nk exam jadi malas nk beribadat?.Bukan lah malas ibadat sampai saje lambatkn solat @ tak baca Quran terus....tu mmg sah2 la futur tahap dasyat punye...
Tapi kalau perasan mungkin time2 exam ni ade rase ibadat berkurang sikit2, dari segi kualiti @ kuantiti..tak macam mase time free2 dulu...

Contohnye- Kadang2 bila ajak jemaah, semua kate nnti dulu la....jap eh....hanye sebab nk study, exam dah dekat...kadang2 solat pn kurang khusyuk sbb terfikir pasal exam, qiam pun kadang2 tertinggal @ tak terbangun sebab stay up lambat untuk study....involvement dalam da'wah pn dh berkurang sbb nk study, usrah pn dh tk semangat sgt nk pegi, ukhuwwah pn dh semakin cair sbb semua duduk terperap study dlm bilik...syura pn kalau boleh nk cepat2 habis sbb nk study...bacaan quran pn dh semakin berkurangan sbb nk catch up study, tafsir pn kdg2 tengok imbas2 je.....Apakah ini??? Jangan disebabkan exam fever...iman menjadi demam & mati...=(

P/S: All the best for your exams =)
Love fillah <3

Name: Al-Jami’
“Our Lord, surely You will gather the people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise.” [3:9]
Al-Jama’ah in Arabic means to put things together, joining things together. Thus, Al-Jami’ means the Gatherer, the one who puts things together. Allah is Jamii’, he puts things together in such beautiful ways, in such unique ways that only Allah’s power could do that.
Just take a look at the human body. If you get to the core of it, our body is just made of cells with various organelles made up of subatomic particles but subhanAllah the way each cell is specialized to do specific functions and the way it’s own death is even programmed. What human can create the perfection that Allah has created? Look at the way the brain is…from the outside just a small wrinkled clump of tissue made up of neurons but with even the slightest damage, we as humans would be impaired with each region having a specific function. Only Allah’s perfection Allahu Akbar. Take a look at the oceans, how basically it’s just a bunch of water molecules but the way that those water droplets form an ocean and these same water droplets basically are able to carry ships that weigh tons. SubhanAllah we know its density but even the term density is human made mathematical formula of a natural phenomenon.
Al-Jamii, the gatherer put things together. Our world is basically atoms being put together by Al-Jami’ to create larger and larger things. Allah is even able to put things that are opposites together. Take a look at the process that milk is formed. The cow eats food, some goes to waste, some of the nutrients become part of blood and from that same food the cow eats, a part of it becomes milk, pure white milk. Allah puts things together and is also able to break things away. Everything is in a perfect balance, and even a small imbalance of for example fluids in the body or temperature can really create problems within the body.
But we don’t appreciate these small miracles and blessings of Allah. These blessings exist all around us but most of us never take the time to realize

Salam all,

Tips masa nak exam:

Fulfill YOUR responsibility!

Jom amalkan!

See ya next week, InsyaAllah

Forgotten Promises

Tonight the world will sleep
But hunger will not wait
For promises we made
We share one soul
We share one land
We have one time
To understand

We are one human kind
Brothers
side by side
We'll have no regrets
We will not forget
We are one human kind
Sisters
side by side
We'll have no regrets
We will not forget

"Forgive us God and have mercy on us, o my God, be generous to those who are hungry and take away all their tears and pain"

Our words, our words must count,
Hunger
will not wait
For promises we made
We share one soul
We share one land
We have one time
To understand

We are one human kind
Brothers
side by side
We'll have no regrets
We will not forget
We are one human kind
Sisters
side by side
We'll have no regrets
We will not forget

"Forgive us God and have mercy on us, o my God, be generous to those who are hungry and take away all their tears and pain"

Our words must count,
Hunger will not wait
For promises we made

We are sisters....We are brothers....
They are all over the world...
In Syria... Palestine...Libya...Africa...
Do not forget about them..
One day....
They will ask us....
What we have done to help them??
